VERTIgO project Management Board met in Vienna, Austria, at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) premises. The meeting, held 14-15 December 2022, was participated by all Consortium members, and featured the participation of representatives of the Austrian MoD, the Italian MoD, and the European Commission.
This event was a vital moment for all members of the Consortium to discuss the project’s developments, update each other on the state of the current work packages, and to share each Partner’s results and achievements so far.
VERTIgO is proud of all the results obtained after one year of project. More specifically, the event presented the first prototype version of the CBRN VR mask designed by Mestel Safety. The participants had the chance to try it out, including its featured 3D models.
The event included updates on the VERTIgO European Exercise Simulation Platform (EESP), our dedicated VR training software for CBRN operators, through which trainers and instructors will be able to design their own training scenarios.
The Management Board Meeting was a great way to conclude the first year of VERTIgO project, thanks to the commitment and effort of all project Partners.
