On 31st May 2023 VERTIgO participated to the 20th Training and Exercise Panel meeting and 8th Annual CBRN Discipline Conference, hosted by the Joint CBRN Defence CoE in Bruges, Belgium.
Fondazione SAFE, as VERTIgO project coordinator, is honoured to have had the unique opportunity to participate in this meeting, which is a crucial moment for the NATO and EU community to discuss CBRN training and exercises.
We are proud to say that VERTIgO was one of the only three projects invited to present their achievements at this conference! This highlights the exceptional work and cooperation that VERTIgO has set out over the past year of implementation.
During the conference, VERTIgO showcased its progress and preliminary results on the design of the integrated CBRN VR mask and the EESP software. Participants also had the opportunity to test first-hand a demo of SAFE’s innovative XR CBRN training scenario.
The conference was attended by high-level experts and end-users, and offered the chance to gather precious feedback that can feed into the ongoing EESP and test-case scenario development.
